In love with the heritage, we restored in the spirit of former times an old building being used as stable-habitat, but also as place of storage of the culinary recipe of 'the small goose' distributed at the big fair to the Geese of Rouvrou, famous in the department until the Sixties. Keeping the original materials (schist, old oak beams, granite, lime joints), this renovation was carried out by local craftsmen. The history of the place and its environment (castle) is presented to each visitor who wishes it.

Our values

We have renovated the building to make it a gîte with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with mezzanine and a fully equipped open kitchen for more conviviality. The terrace allows you to take advantage of the gas barbecue and to take your meals outside with the garden furniture. We propose, as a guest room, the room on the ground floor of the gite and breakfasts are served on the spot, in the living room-kitchen of the gite. The lodge is therefore occupied either by the guest room or by the complete house version. In both cases, linen is provided in full and included in the price. The house also proposes the table of hosts in case of closing of the restaurants around.
